An Asbestos survey inspection is usually undertaken before any major works are carried out to ensure that you, your contractors or anyone else isn’t put at risk from exposure to asbestos. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to asbestos so you can be confident any inspection will be completed to highest standard. The report will include likely removal costs and guidance on who can carry that out i.e. yourself, your builder or a contractor who is licensed by the Health & Safety Executive.

It is important to know upfront that the survey is intrusive, and the surveyor may have to cause damage to find hidden asbestos, but it will be limited to the areas you are carrying out the work on or the surfaces being replaced.
